We aim to make customer service faster and smarter. For that, we build Machine Learning models that provide the right answers to customer inquiries. When a customer sends a question over chat or through the business contact form, our product provides an accurate answer on the spot. In an increasing percentage of those interactions, we manage to fully resolve the inquiry. For the others, we get out of the way and connect with a support agent right away.

We work with customers including Glovo, The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas, and HiSmile. We are a team of 17, distributed in several locations: New York, Chicago, Madrid, San Sebastian, and others.

What We Are Looking For

In this role you will be working closely with VP of Business Development to deliver a sales pipeline that will contribute to the overall goals for the company. As the Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospects. We move fast, and we are looking for people who have a desire to grow their business development/sales career.  This is an inbound/outbound sales position, and therefore requires motivated self-starters that are driven to hit monthly and quarterly metrics.


  • Prospect for new business by identifying an ideal customer profile, then researching and contacting companies and individuals that meet criteria.

  • Engage and attract prospects through carefully iterated sequences of interactions to drive discovery meetings and generate pipeline; qualify all sales leads and drive leads through the sales process.

  • Own the outbound & inbound sales process: lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification

  • Test and develop innovative, effective, and scalable inbound and outbound prospecting techniques; develop a point-of-view on future marketing initiatives

  • Carry out processes implemented by the VP of Business Development; suggest, collaborate, and take initiative to implement improvements

  • Consistently log and record each-and-every lead or customer interaction in company databases; provide regular updates to team about objectives and progress


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: you are a clear, concise and compelling storyteller 

  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful, ability to take initiative

  • Collaborative and team oriented

  • Coachable, can implement feedback in the moment; embrace a growth mindset

  • Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements and motivations

  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Sales or Sales related roles.
